Spicy Southwest Tuna Salad

I love this high-protein salad for lunch! It’s packed full of lots of delicious vegetables and really fills you up. I’ll usually have a side of greek yogurt with honey to go with it.

Here’s how you make it:

First, combine:

  • 1 packet (75g) Starkist Chunk Tuna Pouch
  • 1 T Sour Cream
  • 2 dashes Salt
  • 2 dashes Pepper
  • 2 dashes Garlic Powder
  • 4 dashes Dill
  • 3 dashes Cayenne Pepper

Next, add in:

  • ½ c. diced Red Bell Pepper
  • 3 oz (85g) chopped Baby Carrots
  • ¼ c. Grape Tomatoes
  • 4T Peppery Sweet Corn Salsa
  • 3 T Green Onion

Put mixture on:

  • 1 c. shredded Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 c. Spinach

Top with:

  • ¼ c. Whole Kernel Corn
  • 3T Bolthouse Farms Cilantro Avocado Yogurt Dressing
  • ⅓ c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Lime juice
