Ok, everybody. This is where we talk about the fact that some foods may not always be so macro-friendly, but are good for the soul and should somehow, at some point, be worked into your life and macros.
Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells is one of those dishes. It’s cheesy, pasta-y, and just so darn delicious. I made this for dinner recently and my husband was a big fan.. and frankly so was I. I have yet to even calculate the calories/macros for this dish (I promise to at some point), but I am sure it’s not very fat free or low carb. But you know.. that’s ok! Life is about finding a balance. Plus, that’s the beautiful thing about counting macros.. you can eat this delicious dish, and still work to make it fit and still achieve your goals!
